Very true, but, this kid was apparently the pick of the crop. But we cant keep them all... no one can. Penrith cant keep them all, parramatta cant, titans cant... etc.

Mug, understand your point and qudos to him for bringing them to the club... if it wasnt his fault for letting them go then whos fault is it.... Bostock, Robson, Dylan Lucas, Tamale, Garrick, Wishart... If it wasnt Basil that let them go who was it??
I gone thru this in detail before but a quick recap.
Things are changing but it was a multiple person decision before with recruitment, general manager and coach if top 30 player.
Wishart, Wishart Snr
Robson McGregor
Tamale Flanagan
Garrick and Bostock, Haran 10k contract v 80K
Lucas well no one gets it right 100% of the time we prioritised others.
You've mention 6 from over 6 years
We could well lose 6 in a year now.

There’s a story mat Roger’s told on SEN around the time Loko debuted or I think it was after our game against Newcastle last year where Loko scoredhell of a name!! Hope he goes good..
off-topic... does anyone know how Loko came to be using Rodgers Sports as his player manager up in the gold coast? Which is now where he is rumoured to be wanting to go... I wonder if Rodgers Sports manages a lot of the kids out of Ipswich High and its leftover from then?

He spoke about how he became his player manager
Just seems odd to have your player manager in a different state.. assume he crossed paths with them up @ Ipswich High.. he would have needed a manager to have negotiated his first contract with us.They are Qld based agency, Tyler Peckham-Harris and Ryan Hutchinson are with them too.

I thought we had a pretty good relationship with Rodgers.. but it was just the way Steve spoke about us earlier in the year.. seemed like he had taken a personal interest in Loko and made a point of talking about it publically and bringing it to a head.. thats now been resolved.. well.. would like to think so.. but is Steve closely linked to the Titans, or just a coincidence hes also based in the Gold Coast?

Have you seen him play Mug? If so What do you think of him?
