I have said since joining this forum that 2025 would see us scrape into the bottom 2 positions of the top 8. We won't be competitive enough to go all the way but at the very least a new squad with a new coach and play maker will have tasted semi finals football and that all goes well for 2026/2027.
Think you are right but with all these 30+ signings, will need several of the highly rated young players coming through to challenge for the title is 2026/27. If Cook played like Cam Smith it'd be fine but for someone who heavily relies on speed and explosiveness, he's already very old.
