It would appear that the tide is turning. This really is the 1st signing depending on the cool off period, who is yet to reach his optimum performance level age wise for a prop, and yet has already played for his state and country.
It is the biggest signing for our fledgling club for many years and may also be the beginning of attracting others in positions that we still need to make us a competitive top 8 team, perhaps 2027 but still excited for 2026.

I say, he is the best signing we have made since I can remember. We will now have someone to lead our pack of young promising forwards. He could be what Roy Asotasi was to Souths, when they were struggling to sign any good players. After they signed him, that got the ball rolling, for other signatures.

Nearly all sources saying we have him for 5 years from 2027. Only source missing now is the official Dragons notification on their website.
What scares me is I still have AFB coming to us and then out of the deep blue sea, the Sharks nab him and we dropped our jaws but the Sharks jaws drew blood and while he stayed at the Warriors for another year, the Scum got him to take the bait.
I hope this is the new year announcement for us.

Thanks Dave. It’s well done to the club then i really thought we missed another with Souths offering the same money. But are we in a cooling off period ? Or is that done and dusted.

If I was Flanno and Watsford, I would now be aiming to sign Purdue to play in the halves and Pappy to play fullback for us next year. If we could manage to pull that off, we would then be a genuine top 8 team and could even push for a premiership. Hopefully Reed is playing first grade by next year too.
