Wishart is a great backup half or 14.

Unfortunately we still have Cook, and in theory young Flanagan is meant to have been signed as a 14.

I thought Cook was really good last year. With a bit better momentum through the middle I think he'll be even better.

Panthers Ressies outside back David Fale, 25, will join our Top 30 squad for the 2026/27 seasons. Back up for Suli or Val or CT I expect, so will only provide depth and will play mostly Ressies. We were hoping that Charlie and Lyric would be our centre pairing, so hoping he goes on the wing..

We are waiting for confirmation on the Dragons website about Quinn coming to us from Souths but in the case of Sami, he is expected to remain at the Titans.

I think David Fale will be one of the wingers for us in first grade with CT on the other. Most probably Sloan and Feagai wing and centre in ressies.

He was probably just trying to do the best he could for his client. Trying to pawn off the idea it was just Flanno, nothing to do with Ilias ability so he could hopefully get a deal somewhere else.

Purdue could succeed either Gutherson or Holmes and, according to ZT, he can also play in the halves. But my guess is that he may not want to play wing in 2027 while waiting for the old guys to finish their contracts.

From memory he and the whole panel were talking about how one player in particular is getting a free pass from Flanno while others are singled out for public criticism. The thing about this is that it's true.
