How can we get "blocker" to actually run into the line rather than "to the line". A guy his size shouldn't be running and then stopping at the line. He should hitting them so hard that they wont want to be the one who stops him.

Blocka has heart and passion for our club but unfortunately you are seeing his limit, he's lost weight he's trying but this is it.
As can be said for Kerr, it's his limit.

Listening to 360 on Fox they say we wont get there for 3-5 years at least. I disagree, Tigers, Newcastle and even Parra are all showing big turn arounds from the last few years, we must learn from this, obviously speedy young players will help.
A Michael Cheika at the helm with I believe Willy Talua and John Morris assisting will reinvigorate the playing group, just dont lose our good young ones.

The reason I want Cheika or just anyone with some connections/gravatas/charisma.. is cause they can influence the football club, influence potential recruits.. influence our players to stay and play better.. seems like were gonna get 2 old boys into the seats instead.. and were just gonna have to hope they come good.

I do hope they at least wait a few more weeks to see if anything improves.. at least see Dean break the run of losses...

Cheika is very good with players, it's his man management that will count for a lot. Just surround yourself with great footy knowledgeable people like Bennett does and away you go.

No, get rid of the slugs and recruit or bring up the young guys. I think you can see a few of these current players will be gone, this game has gone past them.

Wake me up when the Dragons have pissed off 3/4 of their roster and replaced them with players that can play todays game. I dont want manufactured players, specialists in their spots is what we need, until then we are nothing and will continue to be nothing. We are 0 - 8 not even looking like getting a win, getting smashed by 60 on one of our proudest days, it doesn't get any worse. I can only think of about 5 players I would retain from this current squad, the squad has developed a losing mentality and these current crop of players or at least most of them wont be getting us out of any hole soon.

Will say it again the work JDB did for us in the middle will probably never be replicated. Wincing while watching the Chooks chew up our middle I was thinking, "if only we still had Jack''.

JDB has played a year too long. Better than Josh Kerr for sure but with 2 Couchman's and Stewart who are all similar players to JDB, seems like we let him go at the right time. Parra won't take the option for him to play another year after this.

There is a bit of a buzz that in the AFL they want to take the Anzac day game off Essendon because they are getting smashed every year. I reckon it wont be long before the same is applied in the NRL, and who could argue the case, we have been a total embarrassment in years gone past not to mention this year, I for one would appreciate the Dragons not playing on ANZAC day, as a uniformed member I have found it totally disgusting, with the spirit displayed on this day and previous years. On the year that we get a COE we have the worst team and the worst start to our season in our history. It will take years to right the wrongs of coaches past, plus who knows who we get now. We play a team that was supposedly going to be equal wooden spoon favorites with us, I'm guessing we all know who is getting the spoon this year.

100% Morgs, with the Dragons not playing finals for numerous years this game ends up being our premier game, and it becomes an embarrassment for the players and the club.

This makes no sense. Just like you can't take SOO off NSW or QLD, you can't take the Dragons v Roosters game off the Dragons (or Roosters). It's not "an Anzac day game". It is "the Dragons v Roosters Anzac day game". These 2 teams are constitutive of the occassion.
