Unfucking believable it's taken this long. Toward the end of last season everyone I know who supports Saints knew Griffin wasn't working out. Several players were and still are going backwards!

I reckon they are going to appoint the "dream team" of Hornby and Young. Both fully under the thumb of Peter Doust.
Hasler actually locked the owner of Manly out of the change room. His position was that he was in charge of the team, as stipulated in his contract. It was the right thing to do and what we need which is exactly why it's very doubtful we will get him.

Barring serious injury or suspension they were never going to fly Liddle or Lomax up. As I mentioned I saw half the squad outside my unit complex on Monday, heads down looking at the ground going for a swim. We won't be beating anyone soon with the body language I witnessed on Monday

I've been saying for about a year now, his strategy or game plan seems to drag the opposition down into a wrestle, drag them down to our level and hopefully squeeze out a narrow win. Kind of worked against the poor teams until this year where the narrow wins have predictably become narrow losses.

Arrogance is another feature of Hook's tenure. In the early rounds, team was better than expected. Liddle was going really well. So he demotes Liddle, promotes Mbye. All the fans and all the media are asking TFF he's doing but he just doesn't care. Like, "I will do whatever I like and that's that!"
