This is a big game. Very ordinary opposition. Then a severely weakened Penrith then Tigers which should take us into the Origin period. Flanno is dreading losing Hunt because it means he will have to give someone else a chance In the halves and is afraid whoever it is will show Kyle.

Probably looking too much into it. Even if we make the finals, we will be cannon fodder for the better teams.

A loss will surely see one or both of the Couchman's promoted though I remember Griffin. Week after week, worse loss after bad loss, he stuck with basically the same team. Might have done things like move JDB from prop to lock or McGuire from lock to second row and things like that but basically the same team.

Just took a look at the Dogs team. They certainly have a lightweight pack but they also have much faster backs then we do. In the wet I would have backed the Dragons but weather is going to be perfect for a fast game.

Luch has been outstanding of the left edge, now our 'esteemed' coach has him coming off the bench. Eisenhuth is not an edgie, is needed in the middle where his best asset is his defense, but certainly not at the expense of Jack.

Wasnt Flanagan going to give Bird five matches, has he set the world on fire.. a big NO. Yet he remains there well after his deadline. Why? Toby Couchman was 18 last match, now well down on the reserves list. No rhyme or reason to this coaches selections.
