There will be a massive outcry if they let em go. Lynching time outside the Taj Mahal and Win Stadium. We will def miss Toby, Ryan or Loko if they leave..

Was today Feagai's best game ever?Just move Val to the wing. Much better

It appears that Sloan's hamstring injury is only minor and with the bye next weekend hopefully he will have time to recover to fly over the ditch to play the Warriors. He has more space to move and can time his runs in support. He killed it on the wing years ago. With Tyrell out for a while I should imagine, it would b e wise to put Holmes on the wing and if Suli is fit, take the centre spot.
I'd be using Feagai and Suli in the centres, Holmes and Tu wingers. It appears that Sloan's hamstring injury is only minor and with the bye next weekend hopefully he will have time to recover to fly over the ditch to play the Warriors.
It's something I had noticed.. Halangahu I believe requested to drop back to NSW Cup for more minutes (afaik), which by coincidence coincided with the Cup team going on a slide and the 1st grade side getting their 1st win.. he didnt play last week when cup got theirbig win.. and tonight (in 1st grade) was I believe his first win in yonks.. probably all just coincidence.. but ive no doubt it would be playing on his mind.... and its why tonights win was so important.. even if its 1 win a month.. something to keep spirits up.. we need these young forwards to buy in that there is something building if they can be patient...Seeing the post match videos, Jake Halangahu looks like he’s buzzing. As if he’s made his debut tonight. Love to see it. Really hope we can extend him, I’m sure their already saying it to him but he’s gonna be pivotal to our turnaround and a key part of the forward pack for a long time
Would be interested to know the cap hit for him, I’d have him around a 4 year 1.8-2m type price range. Maybe with the increased number of teams and competition for great young players that jumps to a few hundred grand more

And yes pricing of Ryan, Toby, Loko and Jacob is fascinating.. the numbers they might be wanting may be a LOT higher than we anticipated.. i.e. perhaps these are our marquees if you will... and we dont get to go to market for any more forwards.. we add in KK plus these guys and thats us.. noting that if we do lose them, its in 18mths time.. thats an eternity away yet.. so whatever money we do pay them is for that 2028 player... if they are smart they will have some sort of ratchet clause too.
But just how much money do we put aside.. and can we afford to keep them all? If in fact they all wanted to stay here under Young... it would really really help if they had bought in and were ok to stay for market or even slight unders.. because if Bellamy or Bennett or Robbo are in their ear.. were' farked.. we almost lost Stewart after 1 dinner with Bennett.... and we cant rly afford to pay them all overs.. I will say that if I could pick anyone to keep its Stewart/Egan + atleast 1 Couchie.. that's the minimum.. obviously would be gutted to lose too many of the others.. but the chances of keeping them all seems pretty small.
