Round 2 v South Sydney Rabbitohs - Sat 3pm

Fortunately for us we have a bye next week this will give him time to learn our structures most probably off the bench for the Storm game id suggest, if I was coaching anyway
I thought he might even be rushed in onto the bench for this next game.

Going to be a big day on Saturday. I think Dragons might win all 3 grades. Then in 2 weeks have Klemmer on board. Maybe things are looking up. But need to win on Saturday.

Klemmer will be good for the Dragons but he's not better than Ryan Couchman. He can't pass. I don't think Gular can either and Lawrie can't. I guess it's ok but Toby Couchman and JDB need to do a lot of passing. just sayin, don't expect too much. A lot of work still needs to be done. Would have been so good to have Klemmer and both Couchmans available. Can't be helped. Maybe this will allow another young player, Hamish or someone else, to have a breakout season.

Clubs are always looking for good halves. Whichever is best of the two can go to another club.
Think you mean the 'worst' of the two', which two?
Ilias and Atkinson should be the future, as I say, unless Kyle has a blinder season. Still where does he fit in as surely LKT will be our back up utility.

You are right. Whichever is the worst of the two can leave. I think the future isn't Ilias and Atkinson but Reed and LKT. Why do Dragons supporters these days almost always rate imports above our own juniors? On a scale of 1/10, 1 = no chance and 10 = certainly, what chance do you think Kyle has a blinder season?

Agree. Bunnies will be out for revenge after our CS drubbing so this game will be a battle even before Klemmer plays. They also have a pair of promising spines in Humphries and Gray who drove their CS counter attack. So we need to mark this pair closely. You can bet Bennett will give orders to mark Ilias just as closely.

Drove the counter attack when Flanno rested most of our best players.

Reed is an old-fashioned halfback.
I added half as well to my original post. Reed is still a teen, a baby in fact, so lets not get too carried away with him just yet as he may flounder against the big boys. No doubt he has more growing to do so may out grow half. He is already very tall.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any way he will be ready to play first grade this year.
