Oh well i'm still proud of the team, showed a lot of pride in the jumper, next week will be just as hard, we are in good hands for next year.

Really good effort from our boys. One has to wonder how it would have gone if not for those early injury misfortunes let alone THAT Warriors try.

Sloan should have run and then chip kicked to regather and score. Well in principle it might have been the thing to do but that is all history and he could have been a hero but wasn't to be. Tough assignment after losing key players in the 17/18. The Warriors did not let us score in the second half as per instructions. Our guys were just buggered and I'd say that if the likes of the three forwards that were injured didn't cop those knocks, we might have won quite convincingly.
I think Buchanan had a bit of a let down match although tries very hard.
Poor JDB. He didn't spend too much time on the field for his 250th game.

Well that's it. We could have had that had we not lost JDB; Stewart and Sele. The boys gave it everything and again it's the young one's that are stepping up. That's tough.

Can’t fault the effort there that was outstanding from us
That’s up there as one of the worst officiated games I’ve watched in my life
Honestly reckon if we had most of our guys fit we’d have beat them comfortably.

Mid air tackle rule is ridiculous.
LTK obstructed but it is a try.
Wahs must be a winner in the ratings for the NRL.
None the less,, after the first twenty minutes our hit ups and attack were too predictable. Kyle’s kicking game lamentable—-and we had nothing to lose. Our faint semi final hopes are gone….

Tbf to Buchanan he’s not physically ready for NRL week in week out just yet but given the circumstances with injury he’s been thrown in and handled himself well
Give it another 12-18 months and another preseason on the bulk and he’ll be better for it.
Same with all the young guns tbf

Incredibly brave and gutted for them that 1 or 2 ref decisions, or Sloan doing something at the end there and we still would have won.
I thought we would have been flogged just losing Jack, let alone Hayden and then Hame.. warriors were diabloical though.. mind you we seem to be playing a style of footy that is forcing good sides into errors which is something..
Not sure how we will field a side next week though, 3 injuries last week, 3 Cat 1 HIA's standdown.. gonna be lawrie and if were lucky mmolo back..
And yes Buchanan got a bit too much praise last week imo, hes just a filler at best even when hes older imo, but hes still got a fair way to go hes like 18 or 19 at most.... Fine with playing him though... better than putting someone out of position though.. mind you someone like Nick would have trampled some bodies if given the same opportunity tonight.

This season was probably a bit too soon but I didn't think he was bad. If he had forwards like JDB, Stewart, Sele charging forward, I think we would be talking about how good he was.
Cupboard is looking bare. JDB, Stewart, Sele out. In?? Guessing Lawrie, Fifita and maybe RFM. Jett Liu to debut?? Maybe Molo if his ankle is all good
