  • Kerr in, Lawrie out. Personally I'd go with Blocka but maybe he'd prefer a game in Cup to sitting on the bench the whole game. Though I hope he gets one last game. Start him for Gular. Don't lose much even though Gular has saved his best for last. Maybe the form of the young forwards has lit a fuse under Gular.
  • Feagai was good last week. Which makes me nervous. So many times I've wrapped him and/or his brother only for them to put in shockers the following week.
  • I wonder if Luciano will get a last game as well.
I'm sort of happy Webster has retained his spot, hopefully Nick T will get a run as well.

Would be great to see Reed get a run for the rest of the season and piss Kyle off again. We might then see some attacking threat on the right side, as our left hand side attack has come to life with LKT at 6 and Hamish at 12, who's to say Reed and Egan couldn't do the same?

Not fussed about Kerr, Leilua, Lawrie, I don't think any of them will see game time and fair enough too.

No farewell games, earn your spot.
Fair enough. Nothing wrong with a ruthless streak. In fact, everything right with it. But I just feel the team would lose nothing if Blocka was brought in for Gular.
I thought Guler was lucky to hold his spot, such a bad lack of effort in the middle on one of the tigers tries and it wasnt as if he had played long minutes.
Kerr is the one here next year so for that any game he plays under young could be a learning experience for him - play well, cut out the penalties, put in the effort.
I remember he let in that late try, or played a big part in letting it in, by being lazy or just not fit enough but compared to last year and his form early in the year under Flanno, I thought he's been much better lately. But I still don't think the team would lose anything by going with Blocka for one last game.

The only thing that is certain, not only the Couchmans and Stewart but now LPT and Halangahu have gone way past Blocka, Kerr and Gular. I think Webster is well on the way to doing that as well.
