pretty sure Shane would be making the calls in terms of bench rotation though.. and 1 injury perhaps he doesnt play... but nice that we are stepping in to prevent the longterm damage hes doing.. even if its not a great precedent for a kid throwing the toys out of the cot (justified or not etc).

That's how bad it's gotten. It looks to me like the club is trying to compel him to walk but Flanno is digging his heels in demanding a full payout.

Kerr is getting game time, but I hoped this time he would be better,he's not.
But yes, when you are losing so many games you need changes and Loko is different. He played 10 times last year so cmon Flanno put him in this week.

Some time (obviously more than Loko) but 96 minutes out of a possible 490 minutes is pretty light on ...
getting closer to 10m a carry than others, easily a faster play the ball than others
Not great in any stretch but obviously better than players getting more preferential treatment and the key thing with out pack is that we need fast play the balls for the likes of Couchman to come in off the back of.

Flanno is prioritising guler and lawrie over Kerr. Imagine coming to us only for those plodders to get gametime over you. Tbh Kerr hasn't aimed up in his mins. Wonder why...

Ok I'm going to stick my neck out here. The Loko situation, well thats out of control, primarily justified by Flanno's actions and stupid comments at interviews and PC;s. so I dont have a problem. Now what I dont want to happen is that every time a player gets the shits he goes running off to his manager to make the issue public, what other club does this happen to. I could just imagine Bennett or Bellamy being dictated to by a Manager. As i said I dont have an issue with this one, because of Flanno , but certainly dont want this to be the precedence.

The only thing I disagree with is, "primarily justified". I think Loko is "wholly justified" to be pissed.

Irrespective of what Flanno did its poor form by Rodgers and Clifton, they basically threw Loko under the bus.
It's a managers job to do what's best for his client but also to protect young players.
They should never of released or discussed Lokos concerns.
It now paints him in a bad light at the club and possibly future clubs.
Should of stuck with the tried and tested home sick, family interest line.

The big difference for us though, its a matter of days before Flanno is out the door.. rly the whole point of the request eems a bit pointless (other than being on the record)... he was never getting released for something were about to fix... this may accelerate it and made the issue more public which is helpful for the rest of us though.

It's also given Anasta a chance to kick off on Ilias again, even though the situations are very different. But I dont care anymore, we are all united in wanting Flanno out the door... just hope whoever comes in isn't just a v2.0 of the same thing.
