They are taking 24 with the bolter Gehamat Shibasaki (Broncos) after his big game in the GF. He is the first player with Japanese heritage to play state of origin and a grand final in the same season. Moses is in after all. A strong squad, but guys what stands out like a tits on a bull.

KANGAROOS SQUAD:
Isaah Yeo (c – Panthers), Blayke Brailey (Sharks), Patrick Carrigan (Broncos), Nathan Cleary (Panthers), Lindsay Collins (Roosters), Xavier Coates (Storm), Reuben Cotter (Cowboys), Angus Crichton (Roosters), Tom Dearden (Cowboys), Dylan Edwards (Panthers), Tino Fa’asuamaleaui (Titans), Harry Grant (Storm), Keaon Koloamatangi (Rabbitohs), Zac Lomax (Eels), Mitchell Moses (Eels), Cameron Munster (Storm), Mark Nawaqanitawase (Roosters), Jacob Preston (Bulldogs), Gehamat Shibasaki (Broncos), Lindsay Smith (Panthers), Kotoni Staggs (Broncos), Ethan Strange (Raiders), Reece Walsh (Broncos), Hudson Young (Raiders)
Who stands out? Brailey? Had to pick one Shonkirs player after their big year.

I'm just glad Ben Hunt wasn't selected.

Four Kangaroos, Moses, Best, Kolomatangi and Strange will have an Ashes warm up today wearing PMX111 colors against the Kumuls. Eyes almost popped out when I read who they picked for 5/8. Not Strange, but Kyle Flanagan. On a positive note Jack will again front up for PNG. Aussie Schoolboys also taking on the Kumuls. PM games will be broadcast but not the schoolkids. Will see if I can find a local live stream of this one.
