I'll see you with Mary and Hook and raise you with Steven Chinless Price! He was so far out of his depth it was kind of funny. Another situation where you have to laugh or you'll cry.
What I remember about Price more than anything is the last or second game of the season when Wests Tigers and us were out of finals contention. NRL granted Tigers a special dispensation to play 18 year-old Luke Brooks and instead of just getting on with it, looking to win the game, Price blew up. Imagine the confidence that sapped out of an already struggling team. Tigers won.

Even though it was only for a few weeks, I'd say the best coach we have had since Wayne was Ryan Carr.
I'd say in a few years Ryan Carr will be back in the NRL as a head coach. It might even be for the Dragons the way Flanno is going.

But I have to add for about the 50th time. Just because I like to express myself clearly. If Flanno could find the inner strength or if someone from above could force him to drop one player and hopefully move him on immediately so he can cease being a distraction, I think Flanno would still be a good coach.

Live and die by the sword on that one Chris.

I know it was a bit earlier than 10 years but Price was another special. Can thank WB for that one.
WB was just being smart. Don't blame him for that. He was going on to coach a rival club. He didn't want to leave the Dragons in a good position. Why do so many Dragons fans accept advice from rivals? They are insulting our intelligence. When Ricky Stuart started raving about how good Kyle Flanagan was last year, someone high up needed to come out and say in a diplomatic way, "STFU with your advice and worry about your own team" but no. Instead we had our head coach say we should ask other coaches about how good Kyle is. Insulting! I wasn't even on his case until that.

It would be good to see Ryan Carr do good things for the Castleford Tigers in the Super League starting in 2026 especially after they finished 11 from 12 in this years comp.

The unfortunate thing about Kyle is that he lacks dash and strength in attack and as a half or 5/8th these traits are needed. His defence is good and he can kick goals but his kicks in general play are not one of his strengths. In my opinion Shane should tell Kyle that he will be the half in the Cup, although even in that grade he could be found wanting.

If Shane keeps Kyle in first grade, it could spell curtains for the both of them.

Says a lot about doing our own due diligence. As I said before we can’t blame the players or coaches we have got. Who brought them to the club and who approved it.

I think we have turned the corner. That Flanno outburst was bizarre and have been a number of things he's said in relation to Kyle but I believe even though next season might be another difficult one, at least with the team we have now, we are back on track.

They say it doesn't work unless you believe in it. So I'm choosing to believe in it.

After all is said and done, this utter POS must be #1 in this list. Not only on the field but what came with him off it.
Interesting the f*ckwits at Fox went with a pic of him in our colours. After all, he only played many times more for Donkeys and a lot more for NQ.

McGuire was a thug and a loose cannon and always will be, but dont blame him for coming to the club, blame the numpties that brought him here to help out one Mr BH curtesy of Hook and our board approved it. The reason he is in Dragons colors is because we are an easy mark with a passionate fanbase that will take it to heart.

The loathesome SMH reports that Josh MGuire has been charged by police with "strangling a child". He played 194 games for the Broncos, 34 for the Cowboys and 27 for St George. A picture of McGuire heads the article. Guess what jersey he is shown wearing.
They have replaced the pic of him in a Dragons jersey to a Cowboys jersey now. Though in the article they say he played almost 200 games for the Broncos before moving to the Dragons. No mention of Cowboys.
