This is a really good roster signging since he can cover multiple positions. Hopefully a few more games at 2rf at the end of the season to continue his 2rf development but playing well in the centres imo has earned him an extension, especially with competition for spots among our youngsters in the pack.

I think the Centre experiment needs to end for now (short of further injuries), just get Nick in there at 2nd row or bench prop, hes a young man with good size that runs hard and fast.. need as much of that as we can get without Egan & 2xCouchmen for the rest of the season.

That gives us the best shot of winning games from here on.. out enthusing opponents... were not gonna get away with playing it safe and kicking sides to death

Another year with us and Jack w'd have retired gratefully as a proud one club Dragon DD, but our BOD denied him his dream. Now he will have to quench his thirst for more footy with another club. Wonder if Lomax played any part in him choosing the Eels.

He will. Betting there are few in the NRL that can match Jack at the same age. If this was last year Campbell-Gillard would have been a fair swap. Any chance we can pick up one of Parras best young juniors for him.

Campbell-Gillard has been rubbish as far as I've heard though haven't watched many of their games. Dodged a bullet not signing him for 2 let alone 3 years. Thought not as if Gular and Klemmer have been good either. At least only for 2 years and this year for those two.

It must be the Gold Coast air up here, because not many, if any, in the twighlights of their careers consistently perform to a high standard on the field.
