No, 11 members, my 2 sons and their families. Superannuation was under the old system so your finishing base salary x number of years in the job. So 39 yrs x 0.25 = 9.75 x your finishing salary so very good plus salary sacrifice. They stopped this type of super for anyone who joined after 2000. No Brown paper bags for me.
Glad to hear it. Were you based in the main station in Southport? The one where Payne Haas mum is now. I spent the night in there once. Nothing major. Just drank a little too much and threw a punch. Fronted court the next day and had to pay a fine after pleading guilty even though I hardly remembered a thing.

Your NY resolution should be to stay out of jail!

I worked all over the coast I was in the Detectives so Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach , Surfers Paradise then after my accident desk bound at HQ on Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise. Haas mum in my view should not have been out therefore 3 innocent people would still be alive. Our laws are weak as zero alcohol beer.

She was only in for hitting a bouncer at the casino. I'd normally thank her for doing that. But has a long record. No doubt about that. I guess she's going to go away for a long time for this.

Did you use the phone book/ baton trick? I guess they do it all over the country but know for a fact they do it at Broadbeach and Burleigh stations. Not on myself but I know a few local hooligans who had it done to them.

Ah the good old days, but no I never hit anyoneexceptin self defence. She was sentenced to 9 months, out after 1 should have done at least 3 but alas can't turn back the hands of time.

What is it?
One detective holds your arms behind your back, another holds a phone book to your chest or torso and a third beats the phone book with a baton. Apparently it hurts the same or almost the same as a normal baton blow but doesn't leave any bruising.

You must have been a good detective.(y)
I bet if she wasn't the mother of a famous sport-star, she would have been in longer. I'm glad if she hit a casino bouncer but clearly she is a menace to society who shouldn't be on the streets. She shouldn't get bail.
