It's not complicated in the boardroom 2 or at least the GM of RL must go as has no footballing qualifications if the 2nd the CEO. Then unfortunately based on the results the coach must go. Then we need to look at the support staff the performance team and the nutritionist. The retention and recruitment team and then the finance team. All have had a roll to play leading up to our current situation. So it's a big broom but it must be used to get rid of the cobwebs and deadwood.That's ok, I forgive you
