I understand the fatalism... but it doesn't mean it's BS. These things can be true.

They can be true but it's still a BS excuse for appointing a head coach.

I want the best coach we can get not the favourite son.

Sometimes I'm a big slow. Or some might say usually a bit slow.

Does that mean you are in favour of Hornby being appointed? I went for Cheika > Arthur > Talau.

I imagine Talau is a bit of a stretch. Has to do at least a couple of seasons as an assistant first. Arthur is staying put where he is. So Cheika it is for me.

The interviews are still ongoing as far as I know.

We were way too late with Arthur, I read somewhere that he would have been interested, but alas we are the Dragons. We should have started to sound him out when Flanno was on the skids. We could have killed 2 birds with one stone, got Arthur and I reckon DY would have left.

what are you talking about .. 2 out 1 in is a masterpiece of a scrum play.

I think the club was waiting for a couple wins to announce Young but that will never happen.
So the announcement will be after a good performance game like on the weekend.
With the standard list of BS
Boys believe in him
He has them performing better.
Need to see what he can do with 2027 squad
Blah blah blah

That to me just shows a lack of professionalism by the board. Who in my view have lacked transparency and credibility for many years to the detriment of the club and its loyal supporter base.
