Been a tuff 2 weeks for both teams but should have a few returning this week.

Rumble has been released
Hutcho back from suspension

Ray Luch Hamish and Val will see players push back and will help forwards and backs.

Jarrah carrying an injury may be rested
I think Nick will be back at centre.
Mat F could be back too.

FG on Sat lower grades on Sunday so no players sitting out.

Sele out again?

Commentator was frothing over Halangahu today, said very late on in the match he’d love to see him add some second phase play. Because he’s very ‘safe’, it’s good to know he can add that string to his bow.

Always seems to get an arm free or make an extra 6-7m with 3 guys tackling him. Line running as well can improve but these things come with matches played and experience
Yes it's called developing a player's skillset

  • Look at that backline, 1~5, all still eligible for Jersey Flegg. In theory they are just one step away from NRL now. And they obviously got the job done last week.
  • Young pack too though I presume LPT and Fifita will come back from extended reserves in NRL.
  • Sele injured again!
  • With the normal 1~5 in NSW Cup, except Buchanan whose been in for about a year, I hardly know anything about this blokes. They snatched a draw from the jaw of victory last week but Rorters are usually much stronger than Manly in the lower grades.
  • Other than that, I don't know really. Good to see #6 back and getting better week by week. I hope the same is true of #14 and #17.

And it's not like Sele has had knee or shoulder recos or things like that. He can't get in the bath without picking up a niggling, 3~4 week injury.

Looks like 12 of the 18 are still 20 or younger.

Gotta say dont think much of this 4. Hasnt Wright played in the pack before. Nachar tho has some promise.

1~5 in NSW Cup are all eligible for Jersey Flegg. Though is Tony Rumble no good? I thought when he packs a bit more muscle in his frame, he might turn out to be very good.

Tough watching in the first half.. roosters r a rly big side, but through penalties and errors.. we are giving them all the ball and hence not tiring them out.. 6-10 down at half time.. trying to score off every play with risky flat passes.. its very annoying..

But very much still in the game if we can screw our heads on.. looks like a few in tph/heidke maybe cst are up a grade (unless injured).

We need Kade and Shadi to get us home today or are the finals already a bridge too far.

I dislike that we are forced to wear an away jumper. No bloody style this one either.
