Fast everything is what we need redv13. Yes fast outside backs, fast halves. That's where things positive happen in the game in this day and age. The game is a virtual game of touch where speed is the essence. My way of thinking is that the big men take it up fast for 3 - 4 tackles, then the ball spread to the backs quickly for 2 tackles and then a high kick if needed but if not run it on the last.
We need to score many tries in a match not a couple.
The more possession we have the better - means less tackles to be made and more chances to score points.

Surely this story linking us with Josh Schuster is a gee up? I also see Metcalf has slipped down the pecking order at the Warriors but can't see a reason to go after him

Reed is our 7 going forward, it's a greedy abnoxious elusive 6 to compliment our backs we need. Someone like Kade that wants to run the ship and not die wondering.

Brandon Tikinau what has happened to him. Was Shadi's halves partner in '24 Ball Cup premiership win from memory. Looked a decent player at the time.

Would be looking for outside backs that are potentially available this year. Guys like xerri, Wilson, phins outside backs etc. Anyone with pace and another strength that's looking for an opportunity. Give up/swap someone like Kerr to get him.

I had to google this, so Lomax's Western Force team r out of some sort of rugby tournament, does that mean hes done playing rugby for the year or?
Edit: Had to talk my dad who knows something about Rugby.. said if Lomax makes the Wallabies side, the international stuff starts next... so I can see how we could potentially land him at this point in 12mths time.. as he finishes up the next season of Western Force.. but yeah would be a nice surprise if he piked on his contract and came here instead.. dunno if he would be up for another messy and public contract backdown though.

yeah .. the international season is post June so if he picks up a Wallaby contract then good for him .. if he doesnt get a wallaby contact then he is kicking stones until the new super season.

Lomax is 26yo has plenty of time to break more contracts..
When he was here, there was plenty of rumours that he was disruptive, had a big ego, was selfish, team mates where off him, don't know how much of it was true, hypothetically if he comes he is of great value but does it become an issue for other players, team harmony etc??
Or was it purely a SFlano v Lomax issue?

Putting the pieces together, Mug has said his training is 2nd to noone.. but surely the evidence does say that personality-wise he seems to struggle putting the team first, here and at parra.. im sure no Flanno will help with a lot of players... but im also sure Lomax is not our 1st choice OB.. but it does seem like we are going hard at bringing old juniors home.. and we need outside backs.. so maybe we can get 3-4yrs out of him... anyway.. all just words on a page rly.... will def help if he doesnt make the wallabies squad...
MC confirmed today what I had expected, that Flanno went very close to securing Faulalo last year.. what a different world we would be in right now, hes exactly what I was hoping we would land, someone who can play 1-5 with a ceiling still to be determined.
