I'm close to if not the biggest critic of Flanno's recruitment and retention. Everyone wanted Ramsey to come back and do well but I'm backing DA on this one. Reading about his medical procedures, it might be very hard for him to get his body right for first grade. Not anymore than the odd game filling in. Better he goes to the Rorters, as bitter as that might seem now.It is mind blowing ...... one of my favourites can not believe it.
He's a halfback, not an outside back.Another green horn, tho he'd be the first outside back I'd promote as he is mature beyond his yrs.
Lets wait and see what happens in the first week of November.Maybe. I wanna be an optimist but whats to stop other clubs recruiters planning the same strategy.
Looks like a great signing by the Dragons once confirmed. I think Flanno and Co were dead set keen to get him. Quinn has improved since he left us and has grown quite a fair bit in height and weight so I expect that as a five eighth he will be putting pressure on LKT and Kyle.I remember hearing this name. Can't remember where but I think it was good.
He was a dud signing but let's hope this supposed swap with Sami is confirmed soon.Bennett said at the beginning of the season Illias wouldnt be in the halves and he would struggle to make 1st grade after his injury, he also got that Dodd that proved to be nothing as well.
It also suggests Ilias is definitetly leaving.Looks like a great signing by the Dragons once confirmed. I think Flanno and Co were dead set keen to get him. You are not calling Kyle a 5/8 are you Dave ?Looks like a great signing by the Dragons once confirmed. I think Flanno and Co were dead set keen to get him. I thought it might have meant some really good publicity if or when he returned to the NRL team but now that will go to the Rorters.I'm close to if not the biggest critic of Flanno's recruitment and retention. That's a surprisingly very fair and balanced article, IMO. Rare for DT.Cold, hard facts behind Cody Ramsey’s Dragons exit
Nick Quinn. He played ALL HIS JUNIOR FOOTY WITH ST GEORGE. Have always said he and Ashton Ward made an effective halves combo for us. Makes you wonder firstly, why we let him go and now why we want him back. Must be due to his improvement under the Souths coaching system as he is being called 'one of the Rabbits brightest young stars'.I remember hearing this name. Can't remember where but I think it was good.
Thats media hype, half these journalists don't know who they write about, its not like they would say, Saints have signed one of souths shittest players for 2026..Nick Quinn. mr pedantic. Ok inside back but still a back mate. A half and a good one. Is Nick Quinn being positioned as his long term partner. With a few more kilos I see Quinn as a ball playing lock down the track, but can live with him as our long term 5/8. Tho it leaves LKT on the outer. Is the kid capable of playing dummy half when Cook goes as hate to see him forced out of our club..He's a halfback, not an outside back.
Ok so. Flanno wanted him back, that will do me. I followed Nick closely over his entire junior career and wanted him to take the step to seniors in the RedV. Seems I will now have my wish.Thats media hype
