Listening to Carayannis.. hes saying if Flanno resigned (the mutual agreement wording) they don't need to take the new coach to the board.. it becomes a Lancaster/Young decision.. which tbh doesn't sound that much easier.. but less stuffing around with Doust and co.
Apparently O'Brien resigned last year btw... the wording is important, especially for our situation.
And yes apparently Creagh to GM is on the cards apparently, though he has no experience in the sphere.. but still I like the guy..

I mean hes there either way.. but atleast its just him and not Doust and and co all having to agree.. does seem like a complete conflict of interests though with his son being the one he is pushing for..
What is the difference in the roles of CEO and GM of football? Ben Creagh as COO also seems like there is some overlap in the 3 roles?

Young has been mention before but I don't see why he would have a say.
Lancaster is the Chairman of WIN and Piggott is the Chairman of St George Leagues
Young is a director along with 8 others.
Also hiring is hiring I don’t see how there's a difference.
Mutual agreement doesn't go to board, sacking go's to board mates sense.

It's a positive day. First in a while.
It’s a great day. Time to start moving forward. Lots of positives happening, future looks bright and with the right coach on board and a fresh style of play in the current climate, things are on the up

Seems like thats the confusion.. i.e. who does represent the interests of the StGeorge Leagues faction... I do recall someone saying that Craig may have stood down from that duty due to the conflict of interest with his son.. but I thought Craig was the one who did the (now defunct) rolling director role with Lancaster.. and it seems like he is the only guy who is part of regular conversations (i.e. I've never heard of Piggott being involved directly in football related matters etc), ur spot on though, hes the one named as Chairman.

its not even just that, Millward left in the off season too, by my account that is all the key decision makers all gone from the football department. And honestly, i think we have to give some credit to Flano for that

This is a very positive first step. Have to give him and Deano a chance to excel without Flanno and give the team a chance without KF though Ennis should be looking over his shoulder as well.
