NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg, 2025

Jett has been one of our best so he will be unlucky, id prefer him over BMM, but I get the BMM experience.. and he can turn a game if we need it.. CST i like but fair enough.. and Williams unlucky.. but might play a game yet.

When you say 'if Lawsons out = Nick in', do you mean Nick to ctr and either Buchanan or Feagai to wing?
To my eye Lui has a bit of mongrel about him. Always liked this kid

Kade Reed wont be running the show for our Ressies on Sunday, imho our only chance to get close to the white hot favorites and minor premiers even if Loko and Jake have big games. One fit big bopper Vili Fifita who has been strong in recent weeks makes way for another carrying several spare tyres, BMM. At least the under rated Mike Molo returns. And finally sense has prevailed and two forwards have been removed from the back line, but one remains, prefer Nick T was in the back row for RFM with him off the bench instead.

  • Interesting choice for 18th man. Is Ramsey under an injury cloud?
  • Good balance of speed and power in the outside backs. I wonder if #5 had a big game and another next game then one more against the winner of QLD Cup, he could force his way into the top 30.
  • Massive forward pack!

That will be close to our GF team

I don't think it will be close to that. barring injuries I think it will be that. I'm not sure what Charles Heidke's injury is but he's been out too long to force his way into the team, moving Nick Tsougranis to the forwards at the expense of RFM or BMM anyway. And RFM and BMM seem to play well in NSW Cup. The step up to the NRL is just a bit too much for them at this stage of their careers.

Isn't Lawrie eligible to play in this game? Has he fallen so far Willie Talau doesn't want him in the reserve grade team?

His numbers have been good there. Have always said Blocka plays with passion for the RedV. Cant buy that. If no one else wants him keep him in Ressies on low pay, where he can mentor our emerging forwards.
