Reed too, there was 12, so I've missed someone else too.No Kade Reed?

Thank you for the update. I am certainly glad Reed is there as he has looked good in the little I have seen of him.Reed too, there was 12, so I've missed someone else too.
I've heard a lot of good things about Rumble, Borg and Kent.Good to see there’s some quality kids coming through in the forwards + Spine, although I worry about Loko and Latu not being signed ‘long term’ with the Couchman’s contracts not extended atm.
My one issue is they haven’t really looked into signing an elite fullback in the pathways like they did with a #9 - Phillips as the heir to Cook/Liddle.
Think it would make a lot of sense to do so, Oliver Burton looks like a very good Fullback prospect but he is only 15 so still a long way off.
You are right. Rorters reserve fullback is Ethan King. His dad is a huge fan of the movie star Ethan Hawke. Not bad but won't make it in first grade. Maybe become a fring first grader like his dad was.I often wonder what happened to Gromek.. he was one of the kids coming thru I think when Sloan/Ramsey were there.. was surprised he left for the rorters.. hes 23yrs now and still in reserves there, i dont even think hes the first choice reserve though.. but hes 4yrs in front of most of the kids we have... lotta fans thought he was the one also.
Intriguing post.. Taupau only just extended for 2025 with the Broncos, whos the fella next to him?The big unit has a contract with Wynnum Manly and will do pre season with Broncos

NRL Schoolboys Cup: Patrician Brothers College powerhouse Jacob Halangahu ready for NRL
Just making sure it wasnt the left oneThat's who the post is about, can't make it too easy for you to work out.
Imagine us blowing up this time next year that Flanno keeps picking the Couchmans over Halangahu.NRL Schoolboys Cup: Patrician Brothers College powerhouse Jacob Halangahu ready for NRL
For me the challenge is Jacob played most of the year against schoolboys, where he could win the collision with his body size, but he has to jump up 3 grades yet.. he has to do it against harder faster grown men.. not to say he wont succeed.. and early signs r good.. but its not a sure thing.. and it will probably take a few years... hes also the youngest of that group of prospects...I'm bullish on Halangahu transition well to 1st grade because he has great footy iq. He knows when to run, where to run & makes sound defensive decisions. You look at a David Fifita who is more athletically gifted than Halangahu but still lacks footy IQ. It's not just size but how to effectively use that size.
I'm quite bummed, I thought this might be his breakout year in a development position.. but there will be a lot of pressure on Tonga this year + I guess MMolo, Lawrie (if still here) and maybe one of the couchmans who drop back.. maybe Liu, not sure on Webster.. but there is a bit of a changing of the guard of sorts in NSW Cup.Josh Coric
Yep I think Coric just needed a few years injury-free.. props were always meant to need a few more years.. but yah I thought we had 3-4 2025 development positions unaccounted for (which is probably worth more than a QRL contract?), but.. maybe the idea is that all these kids on T&T contracts next year (think there were 6-7 at last count).. are essentially going to compete for those remaining Development contracts... most of those kids have 2026 development contracts already though. I think there is a level of fluidity with juniors.. if they come on faster.. they might get upgraded faster.JC started to show some promise in the last few months of the season, after having a few stop start seasons due to injury, possibly his body started to finally develop and mature, a change may be a good thing for him now, also club is starting to make those hard decisions on which players to move on, possibly they don't think his body type is the way forward when you look at Tonga, Lui, Stewart who are all much taller and slim compared to Coric..
Anyway good luck to the kid and who knows maybe in 2 years we start chasing him to come back like Wishart
