I think Finau Latu is an out and out middle forward. Lock is his best position.Nah. I see Jake as another Fonau-Blake like powerhouse middle with Finau Latu on the edge and possibly CST joining him on the other.

Never seen him play lock. Like to see the Flegg or Ressie coach put him on the edge.Lock is his best position.
According to News Ltd he isn't even on a development deal. According to the Dragons official website, he isn't in the top 30 but they haven't updated it yet. They still have Coric and Shereb listed.According to Zero Tackle, Halangahu is in the top 30 next year. Or this year in a few hours.

What about Finau Latu? Carayannis wrote in his dragons 2025 article that he’s contracted for ‘25 and ‘26No he isn't.
Zero Idea is not a reliable information source, zero credibility.
Jake is on a Train and Trial deal this year Supplementary contract next year.
Seems he is locked into the top 30. He's listed in the top 30 in the official Dragons website. What about Finau Latu? Carayannis wrote in his dragons 2025 article that he’s contracted for ‘25 and ‘26
There was also that Titans prop who apparently wants out with Dogs being the favourites for his signature. Not directly dragons news but seems the Thompson to Canterbury signing has had a domino effect.
Fanafou Seve who is the best front row prospect Canterbury have had since David Klemmer has left and signed with the roosters, he’s someone we should have been all over especially with Millard in recruitment coming from the dogs. Don’t like giving the Chooks credit but they are elite with their junior recruitment and it remains a big reason why they are so good year after year
Must have been in the pipeline to happen that fastNot directly dragons news but seems the Thompson to Canterbury signing has had a domino effect.

Hopefully he'll get a chance at some point.Finau Latu looking absolutely jacked, probably won’t play much if any first grade this year but he’s my favorite prospect in our ranks
His game against Newcastle in the Sg Ball semi finals last year was one of the best individual performances I’ve ever seen from a forward

Was very good in the final as well though they were so dominant across the park, it was hard to notice standouts.Finau Latu looking absolutely jacked, probably won’t play much if any first grade this year but he’s my favorite prospect in our ranks

Yes he was awesome as was Loko Tonga Jr in the Final. He was in everything, from stepping outside backs and deft inside passes, to bone jarring defense and powerhouse carries. These two and their mate Jake Halangahu must be contracted long term as they are the future of our engine room.Finau Latu looking absolutely jacked, probably won’t play much if any first grade this year but he’s my favorite prospect in our ranks
