Mate if we miss the semi's with the players we have he won't be there the following year ....... I agree he should be given time let's hope the board think the same ........

I doubt that he’ll get sacked for missing finals unless it’s an incredibly bad season where we are in the mix for the wooden spoon.

The reality is we could have a bunch of injuries and battle our way to 9th/10 and miss the finals but it is considered a good year.
There’s a lot of context and nuance to judging us next year outside of Ladder position

This is on the assumption we sign a half, Christian Nicoloussi has said we have no interest in Croft and Atkinson/Wishart aren’t going to be released early to play for us in 2025.
Looks like it’s probably Illias/Douehi paired with Kyle in the halves and LKT plays #6 in reserves

Sorry mate then it would have been like this year with lesser roster ....... I think and Flanno knows they have to be in the 8 or it's not a good year ....... Anyway time will tell and I'm feeling confident we will be there .........

I doubt it as well. Without a halfback, it might not be a great year. More of the same most likely. Better team all round but without a playmaker. But he needs to start playing the young players in the squad rather than his fav journeymen. RFM is the only one left so it shouldn't be a problem. Then there is Kyle and LKT. It'll be interesting to see what Flanno does with that.

What I am feeling too. Loving what Gutho is saying re wanting to recruit Terrel May and defending the progress made by Sloan, as I have done too. He says fullback is a "hard position to learn and takes time, I have been one for a long time. Tyrell is very talented and I look forward to working with him with all facets of his game."

Guys I think we have found our new skipper for the next three years. I vote Gutho.
