I am willing to give this new management a go RVH they seem to be proactive in the juniors field to start off with. Its the board and how they can get over the top of them, lets hope so anyway. The crowd numbers should be a good indicator to the board that things need to change.
Precisely what I am saying Jd, that our Pathways recruiters have been very proactive in giving the club promising players on which to build our future. But a proviso Jd these kids will have to be developed and nurtured correctly for this to happen. Before Loko and Jake came along, our recent history of doing this had not been all that flash. Mate we are a club with a future not a present.
It's early but really seems the new management, including DA, are being much more methodical. For a few years now it looked like the coach, Price, Mary, Hook, Flanno, was just throwing the hat in the ring for any player that became available not even caring about form or if the club needed anyone in that position.
In Daniel Anderson we trust is what we have and he has the wisdom of doing what is best for the Club. When a couple of years have passed, those still around and I hope that it will be all of us, will see the sweet fruits of success. We can expect lots of positives come about once the Bruce Gordon Centre is up and running. It will bring about improved attitudes and confidence through the pathways of development in both mens' and womens' grades of footy and this will result in much better outcomes of games.
Lets hope so DD. Gotta have the raw material first before you can become an elite sports man/woman.
