Sad but true.Effing Flanagan wants Sione Finau out despite our CEO saying the club had intentions of keeping him. The winger that most of us fans say is the clubs best finisher has been visiting Raiders premises this week. Yes he has been 'exploring his options' because our crap coach has a hate on him for some unfathonable reason, one completely lost on us supporters.
Who are you washing your hands of RVH - Finau or Flanno? I know it's Flanno. He doesn't appear to be your cup of tea! Got to say that some of the "old fella's" coaching like Bennett, Hasler, Flanno are not the flavour of the year and I reckon the go should be Willie Talau as our Head Coach. He will shine. He knows lots of the young ones coming through and their capabilities and strengths and I would imagine they love him. He has maintained a high success level i. coaching the lower grades and yes I know lower grade coaching is much easier I guess than first grade but to me he has what it takes. I hope no other club snatches him from us because if they do, that would definitely do me.

That's true. I'm in favour of Flanno being given the first half season next year but there has to be dramatic improvement. If he wants to stick with Kyle, it's his neck.
Yes, I noted that RVH, sorry. I really don't understand Flanno's decision if he lets Finau go. We then won't have him and Sloan for next year - two fast wingers and lost Tamale to the Raiders. Will have Lawson, CT, Allan, Feagai. Maybe bring up another youngster from reserves or lower grades?
You put it a little less aggressive than I, but the bottom line is we are both making the same point DD. Additionally his letting go of players we all rate for his less able personal buys grinds my gears to distraction.
Agree mate. Despite the constant chopping and changing of personel he has still managed to have the Ressies in their best position at this late stage, for at least the last 5 yrs , guessing maybe even 10.
Flanno and the rest of the coaching staff must have a plan. And has Dan Anderson started yet? It can't be for Feagai and CT to be the wingers with Allan and Lawson as backup.
Plan might be to do what so many people have been wanting. Go with youth. In this case Jesse Williams and Lyric Craft-Te Moananui. Finau is the best winger we have but he's not one of the best wingers.

I think they'll let Brimson go before Campbell. Though I agree, if it were possible he'd be a great signing.
I think he was the man of the match against the Warriors. Brimson wouldn't be a bad buy as well but I prefer Campbell as he can do lots more with the ball besides passing he can kick goals and is a good general kicker while Brimson is more a runner.
