yeah tbf the numbers all look different from 2028 onwards.. but that is the 3rd year from now... apparently hes already on 700k so its aready decent coin.. but seems like we would need to throw 1.1m type numbers to be any chance.. but tbf i think its pointless to keep missing players.. think we can justify 1 or 2 overpaid marquees.. and Campbell is a spine player.. and a level of speed and skill we dont have currently in our system.
As far as I know, each contract or almost every contract is calculated as a % of the cap. So in periods when the cap is steady, contracts don't change but if the cap rises, so do contracts.
He might go a bit unnoticed as well with every club in a bidding war for Fasuamaleaui and Haas.

A player like Campbell will definitely help us in the halves and at fullback for sure. We couldn't land Doueihi who has most things we need in a player, a player that Flanno desperately was after. Campbell has to be offered a deal hard to refuse. Don't beat around the bush Anderson, get it done.
I would genuinely be shocked though if Anasta even entertained a conversation with us.. he spent weeks trying to get the journos on 360 to initiate an ilias conversation... then finally just went and did it himself, where he pretended like it wasn't a pre-rehearsed blast at us for not playing Ilias after NSW Cup won games and he had 'done all he could'.
