I'm a Gutho fan but he is definitely one of Flanno's favourites. So Flanno doesn't want anyone in lower grades putting pressure on him.

I find it mystifying that we had Ramsey play in most of the 2025 KOE Cup season and is soon to play in the Cup Grand Final - a massive achievement and we know how well he has played in all games. Now the Dragons only offer him a train and trial deal that in a sense is a bit how do you do after what he has shown what he can do given he has this unwanted disease he has to put up with.
To me it would have been great if the Dragons offered him a full-time contract even for a year and actually play him in first grade to at least see how he goes and if he pulls through "unscathed".
I would be really pissed off if a Club like the Roosters grants him say a two year deal and ensure that everything is done to help him ride the years with due medical attention like weekly check ups etc done and play first grade under good coaching and he kills it for them.

Such a great person is Cody Ramsey. He has been a fan of the Dragons all of his young life and so proud to be a part of the KOE Cup team playing with the guys who he has grown closer to in the 23 games he has played with them. He is grateful to his partner and family and the Dragons for helping himget through the year and says that he is well and fit at the moment. Come on Cody show the Dragons that they need you at the club for a long time.

I read somewhere Sami is lightening fast. Maybe not off the mark but once he gets going. With some decent playmakers and Guthos passing game, I think he'll be really good. Is it confirmed or just another rumour?

As much as I'd like to believe that DC I cant see the rest of the club just standing by watching Flanno do all this. This next year will be where all the reckoning will happen.

All I can think of Dave is that they must still be unsure of his medical condition, I think the T and T contract can still get him to play NRL after a certain time without taking up a top 30 spot, still I wont be happy if he leaves.

Agree. I think he's on a very short leash from round 1 next year. I'd still like to know why Sione Finau was dropped after the one game against the Roosters. I know he made some bad defensive decisions but it wasn't that bad. Not worse than Feagai and Sloan on a regular basis.

Fale has been stuck in Ressies for past three yrs. Played one game this yr, so doubt Panthers management will be too sorry to lose him. At least Sami is a proven FGer. No mention if Top 30, expect so. No mention of that big unit enforcer we so badly need!...

Watched the National Schools final between St Pats B/town and Keebra Park. Heard comms speaking of clubs signing a various player, no mention of us buying any, tho may have missed it. So does anyone know if we have any of those boys on our books next yr.

How good is it that the Grubs crashed and burned after starting season on fire. Gould your big money may buy, say loyalty but it dont always buy guts, perseverence and determination. Hearing already they are looking at a clean out in prep for again forking out squillions for players. They do it yr after yr.

George Williams signs with the Dolphins. A very good halfback. Would compliment LKT really good. I'm going to say it isn't Flanno's fault yet another halfback is off the market without Dragons, as far as anyone knows, making an offer. I'm guessing as much as Flanno wants to kick and scream, Anderson via an order from the CEO to Flanno has the Atkinson and LKT combo is locked in. Until Reed is ready to take over for one of the two.
