Round 11 V Broncos

WOW WOW WOW, that was a heartstopper. I dont know what it looked like on TV but our momentum changed when Liddle was introduced into this game. The energy levels went up and our attacking structures were spot on. I witnessed one of the best team tries you will see this season.

That win could kick-start our season, we needed that win and against adversity losing young Egan early . The first half was rubbish but whatever the coach said at h/t worked.

Those players showed pride in the jumper in the 2nd half especially. There was little or no talk in the 1st half. In the 2nd half they never stopped talking. They showed courage out there when it was badly needed. The Broncos were very poor but who cares, I certainly don't.

I mentioned in my earlier post on Thursday to my old coaches eyes if we can improve our completion rate and reduce our errors then we were a chance.

Before today's game we avg 73% completion rate today 89%. Broncos 72%. Errors Broncos 13 Dragons 6.

Proud to be a loyal Dragons supporter today and everyday. It's going to be a very pleasant train trip home to the Gold Coast. God bless the mighty red V. And yes I am emotional.

How smart was the little jink/Goose step from Liddle, Mam would have had him had he not done that, genius move.

Absolutely gutted about Egan, 2 of our best and brightest getting ACL injuries is cruel (Ryan couchman included)

silver lining is that Ryan should be back early in the preseason and Dylan should be good to go around February/March
