An ineffective tackle in my view is when a player or players fail to stop the forward motion of the ball carrier or allows him to offload the ball and creating 2nd phase play. Don't know if thats the official version nowdays
So nothing has changed , thanks for that mate. Great win today so full of emotion at the groundForward motion gets stopped at some point.
Ineffective tackles are when a player offloads or scores a try.
They've been doing it most game. Actually, I think every game. Was that the first time Cook and Liddle have been on the field at the same time ?
One of them played lock I suppose.
Anyway I think it worked well !
Liddle’s was awesome and my pick for man of the match.
He grabbed the loose ball and was into stride really quickly but Mam would have got him except for the goose step.
I think that was the turning point especially as we were a man down at the time.
Shame. He has so much heart but not the natural ability for the modern game. KF as well. Blocka isn't on his own. That has to be Blockas last match. He is fatter and less fit than ever and so bloody slow. You are a dinosaur now in the modern game old mate.
He would of still been smiling, the narcissist would believe they only lost because he wasn't playing.Ben Hunt was all smiles early on when the Broncos led.
But the Dragons won and the sook no doubt wasn’t smiling after the game…
A whopping 92% in the second Jo. That is what wins games. As for ineffective tackling we need to be wary of stopping second phase play. Saw Haas offload several times with 2/3 of our blokes on him.if we can improve our completion rate and reduce our errors then we were a chance.
Minutes on the field together per roundWas that the first time Cook and Liddle have been on the field at the same time ?

Let he who has no flaws cast the first stone.Gutho is a good player but not a great one as he has flaws. Defense for one. Another he does not always go to the line when passing. Twice in the first 20 I saw him possibly bomb two tries by running cross field instead of drawing his man and passing to an unmarked Holmes.
True mate. Just pointing out that he sometimes lets us down with basicly his lack of game awareness.Let he who has no flaws cast the first stone.
