Yeah I don’t know if I can fully blame Flanno RVH. He had multiple chances at FB and just was defensively poor with the same traits on the wing with lack of commitment at certain times through the game. I feel sorry for him but there is no way he was giving us what Gutho has given so far same as Dufty I’m afraid it had to happen sooner or later.

Not sure what SF had in mind by reducing our best players mins and almost doubling two of our worst. But by jeez it worked as both had their best game of the season. Even with those pissie mins Jack still creamed it with well over 100 mt and about 30 crunching tackles. But on top of that he sparked our attack whenever he went into receiver. If he aint extended a final year our coach should be lynched.

Yeh Jd fair point. But there was a clear indication of improvement in all assets before his move to wing, even with his defensive attitude which was sadly lacking previously. Another year and he may have just finally cracked it and Gutho neednt have come. Now this offensive magician will probably find himself playing his career in Pommieland.

After Dufty, Ramsey and Sloan, need a fullback who can handle collisions a bit better.

Agree. Maybe, maybe not. I think everyone agrees how much better the team is with Liddle on the field. So what is Flanno's problem with him? It looks like he's fit enough to play at least 60min.

I think it was good coaching, reducing the minutes your good players in a game that was really never in any danger of losing is a smart move in my old coaches eyes. No need to risk any unnecessary injuries to those key players especially after losing Su'a. Good coaching.

You put a positive spin on it. For JDB, you are probably right. I didn't think of that. But Liddle stayed on until the end of the game and I thought he was unhappy with the lack of time he has been getting.

Anyway, lets see what Flanno has planned but I for one doubt Liddle will stay.

Liddle only got 31 mins of game time vs Newcastle. Very concerned that he will crack the shits and take off. He should be playing at least 50-60 mins in my opinion
