BMM supp spot should of gone to a Jesse Marschke type back, plenty of cup experience and could fill in in FG if needed.

I take it nobody is taking responsibility for this unbalanced squad.?

Surely the coach post and pre season sits down with the RL Manager, CEO, Recruitment and Retention team, coaching staff from ressies and pathways and discuss this important issue.

Identify what we need to do to get people both in and out of the door and to promote within so that we can field a competitive team?

But what would I know as well.

Said before it's the management , all the deadwood in the joint still there , I've experienced it first hand ........ Sorry I can't say anymore ........

I really hope we see Nick T debut this week. We just need to remember as fans that these kids are not going to be world beaters from Day 1. They will make some mistakes, drop some balls, miss some tackles but if we are patient and stick with them we will have a squad full of very talented juniors within a year or 2.

It's interesting that even after a debacle like last week, there seems to be next to no media attention on the Dragons or their coach. Not suggesting he should be under pressure just yet but I think should be under much more scrutiny than he is.

It'd be interesting to see everyone's reaction if we do win, tbh I'd be happy but also stumped at our inconsistency. There's a bit of rain around which should suit us as it'd make it hard for sharks players to step through us like the phins, especially in the middle. Imo quick footwork through our middle is a major defensive weakness.

On paper, I think this might be easiest game to tip the winner from any game this year.

We're really crying out for a specialized recruitment manager/decent general manager.

Gee I hope this is true. Its pretty pathetic that the size of this club has staff doing these important roles in dual capacities.

If so a tough ask for a back rower who’s been playing right centre in reserves at Shark park playing left centre in his debut.I do like what I’ve seen from him though.

I’d also play Sloan & Finau on the wings & put up with their deficiencies as we need speed. Lawson has plenty of upside but needs to learn in reserves not NRL.

A few comments on Fox Sports blog with cue ball Hooper complaining about KF. Must be a lot of they wouldn't publish any. Plenty of love between Fox and Flanno but even they can't ignore this issue any longer.

Thank the Lord they haven't burnt this kid, Nick T. Especially at centre didn't believe they would and I have been vindicated. I mentioned in another post with Mug Fan Just a Mug Fan that I would swallow my pride put Sloan back on the wing and if Allan was available put him or if not available Lawson in Holmes spot.

I just believe that this coach is not a panic merchant and not selecting players according to popular public opinion .
