Personally I haven't heard that but he absolutely deserves it. Mal probably hates the idea but being the coward he is, wants to make up for his ultra aggressive stance regarding standing de Belin down.
From the comp you mean after his so called assault of that woman became public.

Zero Tackle seems to have removed the said article from its website. Has Jack ever been in the frame for national selection before. I dont recall it. And why would ZT be running an old article.

He surely would have been at the time of his suspension. Excelled in Origin and team just missed reaching the third week of the finals.

Yes. Meninga was very aggressive in supporting the NRL's controversial (I'd say lawless. The only thing that could happen in a society where the judicial system is deeply corrupt.) decision. Especially grating due to him:
  • Being the national coach.
  • Being employed by a rival team.
  • Due to his family history in regard to actual violence against women.
  • Due to the accusations against himself which happened in an earlier time when one could pay money to legally have the alleged victim keep her mouth shut.

  2. Mathew Feagai - 6
  3. Moses Mbye - 6 (a 6 for his game at fullback. We see how little impact his has against a broken defensive line at fullback. How would have have gone against a straight line at centre???)

The most interesting thing about it, we all know how the backs have carried the team all season. Yesterday the opposite occurred.

Unbelievable! The full replay on NRL website is only showing the second half.
I can get you a copy to download if it's really important for you. I can't do it every week or it's expensive but time to time, it's fine. But you have to download. Do you have any bandwidth download limits? I presume it takes less bandwidth to d/l than to watch the entire game on the NRL website.
If you don't have any bandwidth issues: https://www.viprow.nu/

I'm not suggesting or condoning the use of such sites. I'm just saying they exist. Maybe you can see highlights.

I'd be most grateful RedV01 RedV01. No bandwidth limits.

Did I read that JDB is a distinct chance for a Kangaroo spot. That my friends is music to my ears. Seems Mal has been taking close notice of the way the man has been tearing it up for us this year. No player deserves to play for his country more than Jack.
Seems I was reading an old article by Zero Tackle.

Jack de Belin set for shock international call up

The Dragons’ forward could play at the 2022 World Cup.

That was what I read and what got me excited. But read next sentence and it refers to his call up to PNG. I want him to bloody well play for Australia!!

I'm just going to copy this but add a point for Tariq Sims. He was everywhere in defence and attack.

The guy is only 25 not like he is at the past it age.
I know that you may not have seen him play but Lawrie reminds me of Barry Beath our prop in the 70s. Built the same. In my view when Lawrie learns to lower his body height when running thus lowering his target gravity he could possibly run 100m+ consistently. At 25 he still has 5/7 good years in him and is still learning his trade.

I know everyone has his or her own opinion but I'm just wondering why you gave Bird 7? A number of mistakes, meekly let in their only try and only did well in playing an important role in that final minute try.

He was dangerous with the ball he had 10 hit ups for 90m 6 tackle busts and a try assist so he was more involved on the edge which we needed. Defence wasn't as good as per usual but overall it was an improvement
