He has this year because Glover is a weak link in reserve grade. Halfback is the worst position in the club by far. But maybe Illias can improve. He wasn't that bad at Souffs. But next year Kade Reed has to be fast-tracked into first grade.

Friendly reminder. Agree with decision to not give him a top 30 contract or not, and I don't, LKT is not in the top 30. He's on a development contract so can't play NRL until around 9 or 10 I believe. Might be a bit earlier.

In that case, not yet but if things keep going the way they are Liu and Nick T might be in for a debut as well. Maybe even Reed later in the year. I know Nick T is on a development deal and think the other 2 are as well. But Egan gets first chance. Doesn't have the talent of some of the others but he's so consistent.
Nice to have a few options regardless.

Keep Gutho where he is as he has the uncanny ability to inject himself into the line at the precise time. Keeping Sloan on the wing as the team is obviously benefiting from his roving missions, ran 220m on Sat. Flanagan is the weak link for mine, LKT or perhaps even Glover who seems to have improved, the new 5/8.

Sorry I for one was happy when Illias signed on but at the moment the bloke has not come out of his shell as yet ....... The team needs to start winning games and if it's going to take him another 3 to four games to start controlling the team it may be too late for a finals berth ....... Anyway let's hope he comes good ...... But then again when your forwards are going backwards it's hard for him to control the game time will tell ........

He did it when he got hit with the high shot from Fifita about 5min before he went off. Yea that makes sense, poor bugger, tough as nails the way he got back up and even trying to walk up the tunnel. Hoping for the best recovery possible.

I think Flanno will go with Feagai. I'd gamble a bit and go with Sloan centre, Finau wing or vice-versa.
