I suspect the early signing may set the wheels in motion for an early release.

I mean Sami is better than anyone we have in the 3/4 line bar Holmes .. just hoped we aimed higher.

Early release would work and help us, wonder if we can sweaten it sending someone the other way.

If Buchanan plays well tomorrow, give the Titans Suli for Sami as long as we don't have pay any of his salary for the rest of this year and next year.

That's not too bad actually. But Holmes with his skills would probably be wasted a bit on the wing.

I get that .. do those skills include no look lomax flick passes to a wingers feet when we have a 1 man overlap?

He does have skills no doubt, his skill at wing though may be better for us than the likes of Tui/Tu.

For any other club this is a good depth expirence signing, but for us it's a marquee FG signing, we are moving further behind not forward.

I have heard that in a few places over the last month and it was touched on in the other joint over the last few weeks .. to hear it confirmed by you here just makes me sad ...
