I think this is the big bopper prop we need. Has had some on field issues, more out of frustration I believe, but has masses of potential. If they extend Frank Molo they should do same with Vili as he promises more imho.

Honestly have not seen Viliami Fifita play more than a good 10 minutes of football in 12mths, at first I thought it was his sternum injury, and then maybe the coach was being hard on him with limited minutes, but he has a couple of big runs in him and then hes pooped and a liability.. im not sure what we do with that... is that motor fixable?
If we didnt have so many young forwards, plus the couchmans and mmolo.. id say no dramas let him take a few years to come on, but we are so jammed for Top30 spots because of the number of young forwards... and leaves us thin everywhere else..I think we will move him on if possible, someone will pick him up.

Theres a few recruitment rumours running around today on some other forums:
1) we are talking to a big name prop that we would all be happy with (early days)
2) also in talks with a super league prop
3) and lastly we are still in position #1 or #2 to get Blaize (Lomaxes replacement), but if he stays put... there are a few backup plans ready to go.
We could end up with 0/3 from that.. but really hoping the Cook signing will help pave the way for 1 or 2 other quality players. Am nervous about this tough run coming though, need to keep showing were on the improve.

Fifita is rubbish from what I've seen. The other one, Tuitavake is better and Ryan Couchman is way better.

We haven't offered him a 1 + 1 deal, only a 1 year deal, which is fair, loyalty is a 2 way street, he got paid for 2.5years, to just train, so either take it or see ya later.

Hope he takes it but I think the club is right. At his age, should do 1 year at a time. If he plays next year like he has so far this year, he'll get offered another year surely. It's not as if he can play 5/8. If he could, Flanno wouldn't keep him around 1 minute after the end of this contract.

From those #3 would be the one I would want the most. JDB, Molo, Couchman's and Lawrie make for a decent middle rotation.

2 Have not heard about this one.
3 Wouldn't say we are in positions 1 or 2 but our offer has not been rejected, throwing in a contract for Ryda has helped.

o Ah Ryda Talagi.. prop in HM's this year.. yeah that would be an attraction if both brothers/family could move together.. but step 1 is getting them out of parramatta first.. thats the hard bit.
o And i'm trying not to get too excited with Prop names, cause so many clubs are chasing middles, and Stefanos decision will probably cause a small domino effect with NAS or those Raiders props who want releases.. think we're gonna have to be patient until we close a deal or 2!

Surely he come to us before Canberra if the offer was almost the same but
Not sure if the Roosters are interested but they have several big names leaving and no one replacing them so far.
