Also I'm 90% sure he didn't even play in that south's GF, hadn't he gone to the dogs by then?Won and Origin series playing fullback for QLD. Made a GF playing fullback for Souffs. How about Gutho?

It was a single game filling in for injury... You cannot even compare their careers, potential future sure he might have more upside, but forget same level he's not even in the same building to Gutho in comparing their careers. Was it a single game? Thought it was all 3. Doesn't matter. Gutho was never among the top fullbacks and is clearly sliding. Sloan is a fullback who has the talent to breakout in the future. If it doesn't happen, have Allen who is only 26 and probably coming into his best. WTF would we want Gutho for?
And what are the fullback highlights from Gutho's VERY LONG career? I know he played centre in Origin, might have been with Allen at fullback for QLD, had a shocker. I remember because I was blowing up he was selected ahead of Lomax at the time.
I never said Allen was a star. If he is so crap, why did Flanno recruit him? Gutho is well past his best and was never among the best fullbacks. Why do you think Parra want him TF out there? We have Sloan who will hopefully come good and if not, Allen to take his place and if neither play well enough, Holmes can move to fullback. It was a single game filling in for injury... Yar, he is 2025 Top30 unless he is medically retired.. I'm thinking it might be something decided early-season... but only guessing.. has been training for a few months now according to reports. Is Ramsey still counted as part of our top 30?

Just relax and try to be optimistic with whatever the new roster is, whats the point in fighting it? If Flanno wants Gutho there is a good reason for it.. he is slowly shaping his roster... still a long long long way to go before we can get our pick of the talent.I never said Allen was a star. Don't you see that's the problem! Why can't you understand. Gutho was good, not among the best fullbacks but good. He's not anymore. He's still ok but sliding. Woulf much rather stick with Slaon and if he doesn't play better, Allen and if he isn't good enough, Holmes. No one is saying hes crap LOL dont back pedal. He's great cover but hes not a leader and will have to work his way back from injury in one position or another providing good competition for a spot. But we still need another leader and Gutho fills that role if we sign him, in whichever position Flanno wants him.
You said no to Gutho because Corey has achieved far more!? How!? On what planet?
Since your digging in and I've got time lets look at some actual stats to compare instead of your made up ones:
Corey Allan - (6 years, 4 clubs) Saint Gutho - (10 years, 1 club - Ignoring the handful of manly games prior) NRL appearances - 63 (48 @ Fullback),13 tries & 27 wins (42.86%)
Finals - 6 appearances, 2 wins
Origin - 1 appearance, 1 winNRL appearances - 211 games (172 @ FB), 100 tries & 114 wins (54.03%)
Finals - 10 appearances, 4 wins
Origin - 4 appearances, 2 wins
NSW City - 2 Appearances, 2 wins
PMXIII - 1 appearance, 1 win (3 tries)
Provan Summons - 2017
Dally M Fullback - 2020
Now tell us again with a straight face that Corey 'has already achieved far more as a fullback than Gutho.'
Oh and no Corey didnt play in that GF that you said he did, he was gone by then to the dogs. And no it wasnt the full origin series it was filling in for 1 game as I said - game 3, Val and Grant had blinders and Corey got binned in the last 10min lol.
There was a good reason for him wanting Allen, RFM, Eisenhuth as well.Just relax and try to be optimistic with whatever the new roster is, whats the point in fighting it? Also dont forget how far we have come in 12 mths.. at this point last year we we couldnt sign anyone.. like 'anyone'... the only ones we got were guys like Eisenhuth, Allan, Brown, RFM & a last minute Leilua.. dont get me wrong, I hope Allan brains it for us and is a real surprise packet.. but he was about to retire after the last injury, probably good depth along with Feagai.
If you were backing Flanno 12mths ago, back him now, he's more qualified than any of us.There was a good reason for him wanting Allen, RFM, Eisenhuth as well.

Terrel May just been released from Roosters effective immediately. Hello Flanno
Article says he doesn’t fit the direction in which the club is heading. I wonder if they’re clearing way for hunt?Well there must be a discipline issue with the Roosters prop Tyrell May tapped on the shoulder today told to pack his bags very surprisingly. His stat's were not that bad last season, avg 13 hits ups for avg 113m a game, he's 6' tall 108kg maybe what we need
I think either May has been agitated by someone else.. hes done something naughty.. or.. the roosters after Haas..
I think the Lodge deal is done, if so we dont have any more spots (or money id suspect) for a signing like this.. but.. who knows.. its still fascinating this time of year.. so much going on.
