And yet he was the captain and face of the club. Excited to start this new chapter!

Sorry to say, not worth filling a spot in the top 30. But if Rava and Blocka are picked up by the ESL, might be worth considering.

Figures are way over actual amounts.
Doubt he'd come back while Flanno is the coach.
One of the first thing Flanno did was tell Bud he wasn't in his plans and was free to leave.

Nice idea but doesn't work like that. Whichever club he goes to would have to pay the remainder of his contract. So if Tigers were chipping in 300k, another club would have to pay the remainder, about 300k.

Unbelievable. It was probably the right call though I remember him playing quite well at 5/8 when Amone was out. I was surprised Amone was rushed back in. Anyway, who was signed to play half, 5/8, hooker in place of Sullivan? Someone with a much worse resume and track record than Bud!

The tit-for-tat blame game going on between Ben Hunt and Shane Flanagan is becoming more than a tad embarrassing. But at what point does Hunt take some ownership for the breakdown of his relationship with his former Dragons coach?

Instead, Hunt continues to take this passive aggressive approach of excusing himself of any fault, while still taking sly little digs at Flanagan through the media. Like this from Hunt in The Sydney Morning Herald over the weekend: “I haven’t heard from Shane and I guess that says something about where things are at, but I didn’t have a drama”.

So, Hunt didn’t have a drama?

Maybe he forgot about his not-so-subtle crack at Flanagan and his son Kyle recently when Hunt suggested the Dragons should sign Clint Gutherson and play him at five-eighth (the position Kyle played this year).
This is what the rest of the team is probably talking about behind closed doors. Everyone is held to account for poor performances. Flanno went public with his criticism of Zac's stats and Sloan's defence. He was right to do that. But somehow he forgot to take a peek at Kyle's stats. All Hunt had to do to make the relationship irreconcilable was take a not-so-subtle crack at Kyle's game.

I think you will find Kyle is 7 next year. But let’s see what happens. When Flanno coached Shonkies they missed the playoffs the first year. But then Flanno recruited players and they the comp soon after. He is trying to do the same with us but the problem is Kyle…..

Speaking of passive/aggressive Hunt took a swipe at Saints saying he wanted to play with a club where he could win a comp. Good luck with that.

If he had not dropped the ball in the Grand Final he would have already won a premiership. Whoever he goes to will find out he is not as good as everyone thinks.
