My whispers are people that move in certain circles no name-dropping. He is usually around the mark. Just glad he's gone. He was really being disruptive and has been for sometime. There won't be a going away party either

I will happily death-ride him @ the roosters... I don't think he will be the success they are hoping for, but tbf they might just play him @ hooker or something.. there is a footy player in Ben Hunt if you can get him to focus on his strengths.... hes just not a game-managing 7.. and not a captain.

Our off-season really flipped the day we moved him on.. been nothing but positivity since then.

Agree, I am told that perhaps his wife had a bit of a say behind the closed doors to influence him.

Halfback until second half of next season, then bench utility coming on as hooker then they let go of Smith, Hunt hooker for his last year while Roosters must have a young hooker they are confident in to take over after Hunt retires.

Unfortunately it seems they have lots of good plans. Though unless they have some very good young players debuting early next year, I can't see Ben dropping a GF next year.

He's officially gone to the Donkeys. Over the last few years I've been starting to hate them less. So much for that. Though unfortunately I think next year they are going to be very hard to beat. After that will start losing more players as a result of stacking up on highly paid players now.
