It's going to be a very very long season. We lack attacking options, Flanagan is playing too close to the line and is being shut down. Hunt is lacking ingenuity with 2 cut out passes. Souths coming out of their own half are just rolling through our middle, and backline attacking moves gain 20m .

Sloan has been horrendous 3 errors and now 1 cost us a simple try. Nothing has changed. I'd be hooking Sloan , Lomax to fullback 2nd half. It's a nightmare watching this reserve grade football.

I thought Kyle Flanno was doing ok but the opposition can tell when he is going to run the ball 30min before he does it. He needs to think pass first and then run if the opportunity arises.

BIrd got that linebreak but Lomax is our best centre by far. He's wasted merely hitting the ball up as a winger.

Frank Molo had a good half, I thought. And Su'A looked very sharp.

Su'A looks a class above the rest of the team. Looks fitter, faster and more determined than last season.

Stat's indicates Molo was twice as effective as Lawrie in yardage gain.

Ok I was talking about the error that led to their try. However I would have expected Sloan to put foot to ball if it was too difficult to pick up

Absolute rubbish defence. In that set they catch the ball on their 10m line, returning to 20m then rolled down the ground to score. There is no defensive line speed, no intensity in defence . It's ok to say that we are training well but it means nothing . We are shortening up to wooden spoon favourites in the betting

Marsheke might be a better option than Flanagan.

Might be? Flanagan is not a player that can manage a game. He is not a player maker and his performance in this game has clearly highlighted that. So the sooner the coaching staff can see and realise that fact the better our chances of avoiding our 1st wooden spoon

So with 20 min to go the Souths team has run for 200m more than we have. The ease of which they are rolling through the ruck and down the ground its extremely worrying

It's official. Kyle Flanno is a decent NSW Cup half or 5/8. Way out of his depth in the NRL.
