  • Muhleisen halfback. I guess it means he won't be playing NRL hooker anytime soon. He's eligible from next round.
  • Dylan Egan promoted from Flegg.
  • #13 might be the best position for Lui-Toso.
  • I'm not sure the coaching staff have any idea what Griffin is telling them to do.
  • Purcell back at #13.
  • #9 is new to the team. Previously #17 was hooker before being demoted for Purcell.
  • Shereb back in Flegg. I think it's time we gave up on him in the NRL. Unfortunately.
Speaking of Purcell, what has happened to Sam Hooper? Season ending injury?

Going from bad to worse in Ressies. What a filip to have had both Lomax and Toby Couchman in the side yet both nowhere to be seen. This is bizarre. Surely they can find a better play maker than Turner, I'd have Hunt every day of the week over him. Still no sign of former Flegg half Braxton Hall. Big mystery. With Muhleisen vacating hooker and Liddle stepping in there will now be plenty of spark at dummy half. That is a positive.
Yes the other mystery is where is Sam Hooper.

I think that's a typo. Who would you have at 5/8 instead of Turner?

Anyone. You seen his ball skills. I compared Turner with Hunt as the team play maker because they picked a hooker at half. Coaches must think Muhleisen possesses some ball skills tho. Have not seen any to speak of at hooker in his Ressie games. With the hooker spot chocka in Firsts, Muhleisen may show he has what we need as a good ball playing half.

Muhleisen is available for first grade from next week.

Our Flegg boys play this arvo. Anyone know of any where to watch a live feed. I could not even find a play by play blog last week, so prob no chance to watch it live. Really like to run my eye over the halves combo of Perryman/Pascoe,

Almost sure there won't be a live feed. Because won't it clash with first grade games in Brisbane? They aren't any good this year anyway.

Am instead watching a live coverage of the City v Country U18s.
Who can remember the classic annual City/Country matches of decades past.

Good match the City/Country kids, several South Coast Dragons featured for Country, inc Junior Amone's younger brother.

No Flegg match eventuated, yet they had listed on Dragons website a replay of a Round 4 abandoned match against the Sharkies.

Am I reading correctly that our Ressie game is being live streamed on NSWRL TV. So where is it???

Dragons had this game in their keeping leading 20-8, but a last 30 min collapse will see them lose by plenty. Both Firsts and Ressies showing they lack the killer instinct.. our trade mark all those years ago. A new coach has a big job on his hands if he is to lift this club out of mediocrity.

Sione is the centre/wing.You watching the match?
Just following along in the match centre you provided a link to. Is Sione very quick? No matter what one thinks of the Fegai's, Suli, Lomax, and I rate them all but not playing together. We really need some speed!

I may have seen some footage of him so not a good sample size to determine his speed. He is built for speed I reckon. Lower graders Lobb and Gymore have speed to burn. The latter reminds me of Dufty.
I hope not much like Duff or he has no place in first grade.
