I'm not sure Hannay didn't have a quiet word to him and suggest he leave with GC talking the talk publicly about wanting him to stay. His stats last season were probably good but way below Haas or Yeo or JFH who he is on similar or a little more money than.
With Metcalf not coming I'm a bit nervous Dragons will throw some ridiculous money at him.

Funny. But seriously, as you said, he was never on the market. It's not as if we missed out on his signature.was going to hit the market, got wind we were interested and re-signed with warriors

Correct Eric, but watch the media painting us as having missed another player. Cant we just have an open trade period like the AFL do, would stop all this media BS.
