o Halangahu was like the human tractor.. only got some space once or twice but made the most of it
o Tonga loved the big occasion, monstering them.. be interesting to see how he goes in cup soon.
o Buchanan is just so very professional.. does everything right, pretty quick but small as GCRV mentioned.. I spose a small ctr can work, but its pretty unusual.. not sure he can play anywhere else though.

This is a Billy signing, the kid is only 17. Kyan is 20, so it's the next plan after Kyan.

I've been thinking we might sign a young hooker for nsw cup (sort of assuming muhleisen goes), we need someone in NSW Cup, and to support Liddle/Cook in 1st grade if there is injury, but I wasnt sure how good a prospect Hjaltason was...

Thank f#ck we've sorted out the 9's because it's obviously what's held us back..let's see: Lids, Cook, Muhleisen, Brown, H Finau, Kyan and this young bloke not to mention Kyle and if all that goes t!ts up, we can always fall back on the Qld 9?

Flanno can never have too many hookers. Just as long as one of the best we have on the books already only plays there for rep teams, never for the Dragons. Liddle is ok anyway. He's surprised me.

Flanno's obsession with 2nd rowers has been what surprised me, with Eisenhuth, RFM, Leilua and going after the Cowboys fellas and Chrichton.. I actually wonder if we will go after Tupouniua yet.. maybe not now that Su'a is signed.
I think a lot of those hookers are gone next year, if he doesnt want to keep Muhleisen, I think he has to replace him.. otherwise I dont think we have a legit backup for Cook & Liddle next year.. cant rly use your starting 5/8, HFinau I dont think has a contract if indeed hes being retained? Thats why im curious about this Hjaltason fella.. he goes ok in flegg, but is he good enough for a starting or bench hooker spot in nsw cup...

Why an outsider junior and another hooker when we have our own #9 from the Ball Premiers, Isaiah Fagalilo. He looks a good prospect. We need a future quality halves play maker/game manager more, whether he is from another club or internal.

I wanna know why Flanagan does not rate him or his wingman brother. Is it because he has no time for players he did not bring here. Looking more and more like that is the case.

I've been asking that for a while. Winger played one game, played very well and then got dropped and has seemingly fallen well down the winger order.
Not sure what the problem with the hooker is either. Maybe his defence isn't up to scratch?

Thanks for letting us know early!
Though I'm disappointed about this along with Cooks signing surely means Kyan Hjaltason isn't in the clubs long-term plans. But then again, I thought Cameron King was going to be a superstar when he was Kyan Hjaltason's age so maybe the club is right not to rate him very highly.
