Giving it a try in the trials shouldn't hurt but I think Flanno has him penciled in to play on the wing. Wants the team to get used to that. But yeah, 10~15 min in the trials in the forwards would be interesting.
The best thing about one of the Feagai's leaving is don't have to hurt brain trying to figure out which is which. One of them was much better last year. Still not good enough. Needs to improve by that much again. I'm excited to see what Lawson can bring.
Not so bad the St. George U19s suck this year. Only need one or two to move on up the grades after several from last year will. And Steelers can take up the slack this year. Which I think they are able to do.
I'd say good riddence. If Su'A goes, and I know he was good last year but has some serious competition rising, not gonna have any QLDers in the top 17 anytime soon?
Is he even as good as Lawrie? I know he's bigger and faster and should be much better but have a look at his stats! I can't believe any other club would even entertain signing him on similar money to what he is on now.
A winger his size not troubling defenders in U19s is unlike to make it much further no matter how good he is with bombs. Lets hope it was just a bad game and a good revving from the coaching staff might set him straight.
Early days but looks like the St George SG Ball team is crap this year. At least in comparison to Souffs. As expected. That is usually the case the year after a very successful team in the age limited competitions. Steelers will be the SG Ball team to watch this year.
Score is embarrassing now. Hopefully Steelers are much better. Either way, it's only U17s. The best school teams would flog the average Harold Matts team.
