Understand where your coming from. I just don't like him. Not especially before and really not now. I'd have told him to pay up a certain amout to leave. If he agreed, send him on his way immediately once paid.

& yes we'll get some compensation or maybe a player swap. Once Hunt has departed and Flanno signs some decent forwards,that can defend, we will see some improvement. The team as one unit must defend together. The DEFENCE in our team is deplorable, they, in particular SLOAN just don't know how to tackle.

Agree to be competitive in this competition you must have a strong defensive structure. Some of those tries in the last 2 weeks would be unacceptable in the junior grades. Any half decent coach knows that defence is the top priority in today's game. Bennett knew that in 2010. The attacking structures and 2nd phase plays will come off the defensive effort.

Last week we saw a shattered cpt sitting in the sheds coming to terms with the reality of what his request for an immediate release has caused to the other players. This week we saw the cpt sink to those low expectations hence our second thrashing and it will continue unfortunately

If a player swap can't be negotiated, at the very least he has to be shattered by the way the NSW Cup team is playing. Keep him away from first grade.

Hunt has to go! Need a new halfback. You don't think Zach Herring is going to happen? If he could start tackling much better, I can't see why he wouldn't be given a chance. Remember we are dealing with pretty much the same crew who didn't think Reece Robson was ever going to be first grade standard.

Sullivan is not good enough at the moment. He disappointment me last night and his stat's back that view up, 3 runs, 22m, 26 tackles 2 missed had no impact and is not a game manager, perhaps in time the eyes up playmaker but not for me at this stage

I like Herring a good organiser but he is too raw to be playing 1sts and asking him to manage the team around at this stage of his career. Played well last week in the NSW Cup teams win against the Warriors

This is just a snapshot of our defensive structures. The players marking the 1 shark player on the short/blind side are 4. Surely the players could see that the sharks were not going back to that side but just didn't care
