I had a look at the team profile. Tuipulotu weighs 106kgs! It must make him the 3 rd biggest player in the squad. Frank Molo and Luch only bigger. We need to start turning some of these big outside backs into backrowers!

Is BMM blackmailing Flanno? A timeline of events since Flanno arrived regarding BMM.
  • Flanno tells him to seek life elsewhere.
  • BMM can't find any takers even with us paying a large part of his salary.
  • Flanno talks down the Couchman's, saying they played too much first grade too soon.
  • BMM plays (badly) in the trials.
  • BMM is picked for round 1 and goes "ok" against weak opposition.
  • BMM has an absolute shocker vs North QLD.
  • Couchman's continue playing well in the NSW Cup.
  • BMM is still ahead of them.
I can't understand it at all.

The way its going we will lose them as well ....... Just like Justin Hunt to the Broncos ........

Will it hamstring the development of our crop of promising natural forwards. This must not happen, so I say keep Rava and Moses where they are. If their form drops send em to Ressies but whatever we must not do is sacrifice the futures of these kids.

Competition for spots is good and we have too many big but not fast enough outside backs. Backline should consist of at most 2 of Lomax, Bird, Suli and Rava and the first replacement in line is biggest of the lot.

Luch is out bummer, the under performing RFM is in. another bummer. Unless we play like we did in the trial I see an easy Tigers win, sorry to say.

Last time Jack came off the bench he had a blinder. Can he do it again. I think not, yet Flanagan continues putting Eisenhuth in his position because he failed as an edgie. Seems our coach will pick his favorites no matter what.

An odd statement, but prepared to accept it if he plays them soon, Toby specially, as he has been in fantastic form. His post contact metres are excessive, he has developed a handy off load that promotes second phase play and his defense remains affective. Both Couchman boys have bulked up since last season too. Still prefer they played in the back row but seems Luch and Jayden have the edge spots sewn up. Only lock remains.

Seems Couchmans are better in the middle than on an edge. They remind me of a young JDB. Having 2 JDB clones on the books will serve the club very well for a long time.
