Up until Origin this year, I thought the club was right to make Sullivan bide his time but seeing the form of McCullough at club level and Hunt at Origin level
Far earlier even than Origin. We have a poor coach there is now no denying this fact.

Mal has these props on his short list. Haass, Tino, Campbell-Gillard, McLean, Collins, Lodge, Arrow. Do they come close to matching the ability of these Kangaroo props of the modern past.. Artie, Young, Webke, Harragon, Petero, Lazarus, Stevens, even Roach.

I had time to kill today so watched some old 'Roo WC 2000 matches. In one pool game we took on Russia (back when she was friendly) missed beating us by a mere 107 points. The final score 110-4, possibly the largest ever international league score and definitely the largest WC one. We scored 19 tries. A week earlier we hammered Sth Africa by 86 as a warm up.

Where did you hear he is a good player?
ZT, Twitter, LU, Roar. Just keyboard warriors like us offering their opinions. I expect some were closer to the player than others. As he will join us, lets be positive. Probably has meant that McCullogh has been pushed to an earlier retirement than he planned. I just hope it wont have a negative affect on our trio of promising hookers

Cleary is a certainty. Politics will probably keep RCG out. Some bad blood between him and Penrith players. I'd say there's no way Ryan Matterson will make it. Not even in the Eels run on side.

Take a look at his stats. I compare stats before I post a name. He did only play one SOO game tho. Only ran 77m with little impact. Was he dumped for game 2 or injured.

No way should politics interfere with Kangaroo selections. RCG has a had a big year for the Eels.
He was dropped after game 1. Apparently because he and the Penrith players just can't stand each other so it was him or half a dozen Penrith players.

I think Coates overrated. Ditto for Liam Martin. Rest looks like a good choice.

I think you are right for political reasons but picking the best squad wouldn't include DCE in my opinion. Cleary is the halfback and Hunt is the backup.

Meninga will include as many Qlders in the team as possible that's why DCE is a certainty
