That's what the article says...don't count him out just yet.Dean Young?
FFS, surely not. 1 old-boy is more than enough.NRL 360 predicting Ryles Head Coach with Hornby (attack) and Young (defence) assistants.
Wouldn't surprise me but I think.....NRL 360 predicting Ryles Head Coach with Hornby (attack) and Young (defence) assistants.
not. It's just pundits who want to see the Dragons continue on as they are now and are trying to encourage that to happen. The silence of Souffs and Cowboys is deafening. Young and Hornby are both under contract but it doesn't seem they are too worried about them breaking their contracts.FFS, surely not. 1 old-boy is more than enough.
Wouldn't have surprised me but seems Ryles is a done deal.Mate I hope I am completely wrong here , really the wouldn't go with him ,.............. Would they .......... ?
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. So far there is no indication from the club or anyone directly involved. Only media speculation.Wouldn't have surprised me but seems Ryles is a done deal.
I think so too. I don't know what qualifications Cheika but the two others have excellent qualifications. So they wouldn't allow the board to push them around and that's why they were no chance. It's true there is no official comment on Ryles but seems some media people have inside knowledge. Ryles is the one and Young or Hornby are the back up plan.Despite all the rumors, Hasler, Flanagan and Cheika were never in the picture. Three guys with extensive coaching experience, turned aside for three others with no head coaching experience. But the upside is they have passion for the RedV.
An experienced top tier prop and a ball playing half should be first on our list. We have our own juniors, nurture them rather than poach outsiders. That will come back to bite them when we swoop in to poach their best juniors.
Have you written Sullivan off as a long-term halfback? An experienced top tier prop and a ball playing half should be first on our list. We have our own juniors, nurture them rather than poach outsiders.
Gee, it'd be nice if the new coach can get Frank Molo to play consistently well.....An experienced top tier prop and a ball playing half should be first on our list. We have our own juniors, nurture them rather than poach outsiders.
Sully is not a ball playing half, more a running half. I like Sully, but he'd need a natural organiser for a partner as would Junior Amone to bring out their best..Have you written Sullivan off as a long-term halfback?
How was his Super League record, may have a bearing on things.Took up a head-coaching role in England with Featherstone.
